BYO Mobile Cocktail Classes

1, 1.5 AND 2 HOUR EXPERIENCES

If you are wanting to supply your own alcohol but still wanting the complete Cocktail Queen experience of a mini mixology class, then our BYO mobile cocktail classes are perfect.  

We supply all the barware, glassware, selected mixes, garnishes, mixologists, placemats, tables, shakers and the shopping list for you to grab the ingredients.  Our pricing is reflective of the hire price of all the equipment, access to menus and the mixologist hire. We don't hire out equipment individually.

We arrive a minimum 45 minutes early to setup and the equipment in some areas will arrive with staff on day, or may be pre-delivered.  To check if a delivery fee is applicable, contact us for a quote.

To book a BYO cocktail class a $350 deposit is required at time of booking.  When you book you get access to the menus to choose your cocktails you want to make at your event, and then the shopping list.  If you want to choose your own cocktails for the event we have this option to for an additional fee, that you can add on at time of menu selection.

1 HOUR COCKTAIL CLASS
MAKING 2 COCKTAILS

The BYO mini mixology class is where you are making and shaking 2 cocktails during a 1 hour period. 

This package includes 1 x Cocktail Queen Mixologist in attendance, who will arrive 40 minutes prior to your event to setup and prepare for service of delectable cocktails.  Once you book you will have immediate access to view and choose the cocktails you want to make at your event. 

A shopping list  is then provided so you can grab all the alcoholic ingredients.  We supply the garnishes and selected mixes.

All tables, shaking station equipment, placemats*, tablecloths are also provided.

Travel charge is applicable.  

Delivery charge may be applicable.

1.5 HOUR COCKTAIL CLASS
MAKING 3 COCKTAILS

The BYO mini mixology class is where you are making and shaking 3 cocktails during a 1.5 hour period. 

This package includes 1 x Cocktail Queen Mixologist in attendance, who will arrive 40 minutes prior to your event to setup and prepare for service of delectable cocktails.  Once you book you will have immediate access to view and choose the cocktails you want to make at your event. 

A shopping list  is then provided so you can grab all the alcoholic ingredients.  We supply the garnishes and selected mixes.

All tables, shaking station equipment, placemats*, tablecloths are also provided.

Travel charge is applicable.

2 HOUR COCKTAIL CLASS
MAKING 4 COCKTAILS

The BYO mini mixology class is where you are making and shaking 4 cocktails during a 2 hour period. 

This package includes 1 x Cocktail Queen Mixologist in attendance, who will arrive 40 minutes prior to your event to setup and prepare for service of delectable cocktails.  Once you book you will have immediate access to view and choose the cocktails you want to make at your event. 

A shopping list  is then provided so you can grab all the alcoholic ingredients.  We supply the garnishes and selected mixes.

All tables, shaking station equipment, placemats*, tablecloths are also provided.

Travel charge is applicable.  

Delivery charge may be applicable.

Travel Fees
"Why do you charge a travel fee for staff and how much is it?"

Our travel fees are charged as our staff utilise their own cars.  You can't expect someone to travel distances for an event and not be compensated for petrol or hours spent in a car.  We greatly value our staff so hence fees are applied.  Fees are based from our head office staff base in South Melbourne and Broadbeach, Gold Coast.  A once only collective fee is charged for upto 70kms, anything over this is charged per staff person.

0-20kms = $0

21-40kms = $49 - collective fee

41-50kms = $59 - collective fee

51-60kms = $69 - collective fee

61-70kms = $99 - collective fee

70-80kms = $120 - per staff person

81-100kms = $160 - per staff person

Beyond $101kms POA

 

A parking fee is applicable per staff person in inner cbd if a parking spot is not allocated.  This is $35.00

Menu Choices
"What cocktails are on the menu?"

As soon as you book, the menus are released. You cannot view the menus prior but we can assure you that they contain all the classics and modern cocktails. 

 

When you book the BYO mini mixology party, you can choose either one of the set menus for free, or your own 'pick and mix' for and additional cost.  When you choose the additional pick and mix, we provide you with a custom shopping list and also custom cocktail placemats with the cocktails you have chosen, which we design and print out to bring on the day.  We don't provide shopping lists without the placemats.

When you book the original mini mixology party where we supply the alcohol again you can choose either one of the set menus for free, or your own 'pick and mix' for an additional cost.  When you choose the additional pick and mix, we again provide you with custom cocktail placemats with the cocktails you have chosen, which we design and print out to bring on the day.

Delivery Fees
"How much is delivery?"

Our delivery fees are charged as our equipment for some events is pre-delivered and then picked up again the next day.  Fees are based from our head office in South Melbourne and Broadbeach, Gold Coast.

 

0-20kms = $69

21-40kms = $89

41-50kms = $99

51-60kms = $120

61-80kms = $160

 

Brisbane, Yarra Valley - Lower Mornington Peninsula - Geelong locations equipment will arrive and depart with staff on day though a handling fee will apply for staff to deliver at time of event.  This fee is $120.

in some instances for events of 20 or less guests the delivery fee may be waived if the glassware can arrive and depart with the Mixologist on the day - be sure to check with us first.
